At the beginning of each semester, students registered with AEO must submit an Academic Accommodation Request Form no later than the end of the first two weeks of class. After you return your form by email, AEO will prepare an academic accommodation letter which identifies every academic accommodation that has been approved for the current semester. Accommodation letters are emailed directly to you with a cc: copy sent to the Dean of Studies office.
